1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Delivery to certain remote or rural locations may take additional time depending on courier availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Any free shipping offers are subject to promotional terms and conditions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations.
  • TipiTap reserves the right to restrict COD on certain orders or pin codes.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges (if any) may be borne by the customer.
  • TipiTap is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images or videos.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

9. Address Changes

  • Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped.
  • Once shipped, we will not be able to modify the delivery address.
