At TipiTap, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong product
❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size or variant ordered by the customer
- Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
⏱️ Return Request Timeline
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after this period will not be accepted
📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@tipitap.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID, product images/videos, and a brief explanation
- Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps
🚚 Return Pickup & Exchange Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable)
- In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned item
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be initiated
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days after inspection
⚠️ Important Notes
- TipiTap reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after inspection
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
