Return & Exchange Policy

At TipiTap, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received a wrong product

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size or variant ordered by the customer
  • Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories

⏱️ Return Request Timeline

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at support@tipitap.in within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your Order ID, product images/videos, and a brief explanation
  • Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps

🚚 Return Pickup & Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable)
  • In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned item
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be initiated

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days after inspection

⚠️ Important Notes

  • TipiTap reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after inspection
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
